Recieving message "There are unsent attachments in your queue"

There is an "Outbox Queue" feature in Viewpoint. This handles multiple files that are uploaded at once - if you close or loose your connection before they are processed, they are held in this outbox. To view what is in the Outbox:

  1. Open up any form in Viewpoint. Notice the Outbox at the bottom right corner
  2. Double Click the Outbox which will launch the Queue

Resume or delete the items in the Queue.
