Citrix ShareFile - Files are not updating

Here are some possible reasons for your Citrix ShareFile drive to not be in sync with the cloud:


1. Poor Internet Connection. Make sure you have an adiquite connection. Visit https://speedtest.net and make sure your connection is getting at least 10 mbps down and 5 mbps up. If speeds are slower then that, your connection strength needs to be improved.
2. App is logged out. Locate the Citrix ShareFile icon by your clock and make sure it does not look have an exclamation point similar to this example
