HCSS Field: Adding an Employee to a Job

The following steps will allow an employee to be pulled from the library to the job:

1. Open the HCSS field app
2. Navigate to the Time Card > Add Crew > Edit List form
3. Click Done
4. Activate Use Employee Library option (slider will turn blue)
5. Search for the employee by Last Name or HeavyJob Code
6. Click the record to add the employee to the time card
7. Open the Edit List form again
8. Deactivate the Use Employee Library option (slider will turn gray)
9. Click Done
