I'm not receiving an email I'm expecting

If you are expecting an email and do not receive in a timely fashion, there could be several reasons:

  1. Our email size limit is 30mb. If it is over that limit, the sender will get a rejection notice alerting them of this.
  2. We restrict most international email. Please open a ticket if you feel the email is coming from an International source.
  3. It may be caught in our SPAM filter. The system sends summary emails 4 times per day but you can login to the portal and search anytime with the following link: https://00513e01.pphosted.com:10020Your email is the username - if you're unsure of your password, please let us know and we can reset it.
